And by the end of it, you will have your own "Care Card", a checklist of what you’re looking for (or trying to avoid) every time you apply for a new job, get a job offer, switch industries, or start a new endeavor.

Set Your Destination
Having your own Care Card means that you’re no longer navigating career possibilities blindly. So in this stage, we will explore different career pathways through the lens of your Care Card-- what this job will do for YOU and how it will feed YOU. By the end of this stage, you’ll zero in on what specific role, organization, or industry you’re going to pursue.
How would I describe this stage in one word? EXPLORE.
Make it a Reality
Having set your sights on a specific goal, our attention shifts- from "exploration" to "acquisition" mode. This is where we converge with "mainstream" career counseling with resumes, interviews, etc. But what we're really building is your ability to advocate for yourself. This is a three-part adventure: (1) crafting a compelling message that will attract the right kind of employers/clients, (2) believing yourself when you say it, and (3) stepping into your new role.
How would I describe this stage in one word? EMBODY.

For most of my clients, the Fulfilling Career Path works as a cycle, rather than a linear path. Just because you go through it once doesn't mean you're done.
